STRO10191 – Diss – Closure in Shelfanger Road

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO10191) affecting the B1077 Shelfanger Road from its junction with C880 Roydon Road for 20m northwards in the TOWN OF DISS to facilitate Anglian Water new connection works.


The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 12th to 14th February 2024 for the duration of the works expected to be about 3 days within the period

A140 – resurfacing work during February

Norfolk County Council are carrying out resurfacing work of sections of the A140 during February. Please see latest information and details  here https://one.network/

 

 

 

 

STRO10301 – Dickleburgh Bypass – A140

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO10301) affecting the A140 Dickleburgh Bypass from its junction with C205 Dickleburgh Road for 200m northwards in the PARISH OF DICKLEBURGH AND RUSHALL to facilitate Norfolk County Council resurfacing works.

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) between 19:00 and 06:00 and will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction between 06:00 and 19:00 from 15th to 17th February 2024 for the duration of the works expected to be about 3 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: Dickleburgh Bypass, Ipswich Road, Station Road, Long Row, Heath Road, Mile Road, Short Green, Hall Road, The Street, Mill Road, Diss Road, Winfarthing Road, Church Road, Shelfanger Road, Denmark Street, Park Road, Victoria Road, Diss Road, Scole Bypass (Scole, Diss, Pulham Market, Tibenham, Shelfanger, Dickleburgh and Rushall, Aslacton, Tivetshall, Burston and Shimpling, Winfarthing, Heywood, Gissing, Roydon).

If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order.
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.

The footpath will be temporarily closed (except for access), only while signs indicating the closure are in place, for the duration of the works expected to be about 6 months within the period.
